Throttle Launcher - Cool launcher app This is Throttle Launcher. It's not a TouchFlo3D port, this is a fully skinable application with several skins available. It's an incredibly smooth and remarkable launcher which, when combined with skins like this or this TouchFLO 3D skin, are pretty much as smooth as the actual HTC version. This software is free, although the guys would appreciate some donations, and you'll no doubt find this app in several ROM's floating around on the net. I've just tried it out and I must say, I'm impressed. It works in touch-screen Windows Mobile 5 and 6 and is fully configurable using XML files.
